Responsibilities
- Lead urban planning projects with a focus on NYC.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and present planning reports and proposals.
- Stay updated with urban planning trends and regulations.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Travel to NYC for project meetings and site visits.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in urban planning, with a focus on NYC.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing projects.
- Knowledge of NYC zoning regulations and urban planning policies.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
- Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
