Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels and methods.
- Collaborate with the team to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry stakeholders.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize processes and improve results.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our employer brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment, preferably within SEO or a related digital marketing field.
- Strong understanding of the technical SEO landscape and trends.
- Excellent sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR metrics.
