- Conduct phone and on-site interviews.
- Manage job postings and coordinate with marketing teams.
- Provide market insights and trends to internal stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical SEO recruitment (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment databases and tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
