Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top SEO talent.
- Conduct phone screens, technical assessments, and on-site interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and company culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and recruitment agencies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO and recruitment.
- Contribute to our company's growth by hiring exceptional SEO professionals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment, with a focus on SEO.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or similar certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
