Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top technical SEO talent.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Collaborate with our team to define job requirements and evaluate candidates' technical skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and recruitment agencies.
- Analyze market trends and adjust hiring strategies accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date records of candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular hiring reports and insights to our leadership team.
- Represent our company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical SEO and recruitment (5+ years).
- Deep understanding of technical SEO best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads (preferred).
