- Optimize job postings and company career pages for SEO to increase visibility.
- Analyze SEO performance and provide regular reports on progress.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure brand consistency across job postings and career pages.
- Attend industry events and network with potential candidates.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruitment and SEO.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment process.
- Excellent SEO skills with experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) are a plus.
- Experience with Boolean logic and sourcing tools.
