- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge in recruitment and SEO.
- Achieve and exceed recruitment and SEO performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of the tech industry.
- Demonstrable SEO expertise, with a solid understanding of on-page optimization, keyword research, and link building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications in recruitment (e.g., CPC, CSP) and/or SEO (e.g., Google Analytics Certified) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
