Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier tech talent.
- Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages for SEO to increase visibility and attractiveness.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and SEO.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to our recruitment process improvements.
- Partner with marketing to create engaging content and employer branding campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter (5+ years).
- Demonstrable SEO experience (3+ years) with a strong understanding of on-page optimization, keyword research, and link building.
- BS/MS degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other SEO analytics tools.
