Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Conduct market research and analyze SEO trends to improve our online presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define job requirements and screen candidates.
- Optimize job postings and company website for search engines and user experience.
- Manage and mentor junior recruiters and SEO specialists.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and SEO.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment and SEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and SEO strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with Boolean logic and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other SEO analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
