Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruitment and SEO (5+ years).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and SEO strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and its trends.
- Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) or similar certification is a plus.
