Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top tech talent
- Conduct technical phone screens and onsites
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with tech communities
- Improve our recruitment process and tools
- Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Participate in industry events and meetups
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of full-stack web development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus
