Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with tech candidates and clients.
- Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.
- Stay updated on tech industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to their professional development.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling job ads and employer branding content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in tech recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes.
