- Collaborate with our team to improve our recruitment process and employer brand.
- Manage our ATS and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and report on key trends.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in full-cycle technical recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
