Responsibilities

- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supplier quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supplier quality or related role.
- Proven track record in driving quality improvements.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
