Responsibilities
- Lead structural design for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sustainable design.
- Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Perform site inspections and construction phase services.
- Ensure projects meet relevant building codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proficient in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE 7).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in sustainable design and green building practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
