Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Mentor junior engineers and help them grow technically.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure our services are always available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 3 years in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of databases and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
