Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software.
- Lead a team of software engineers and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write unit tests, debug, and optimize code.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) as a Software Engineer, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
