Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our software products
- Mentor and guide junior developers

- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Contribute to our Agile/Scrum development process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Software Developer
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
