Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Source and attract top tech talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics and report on progress.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and tools.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO (5+ years) and technical recruitment (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and recruitment trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certified in Google Analytics and/or other SEO certifications a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
