Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for SEO and technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source and engage top-tier SEO talent through various channels.
- Conduct phone and on-site interviews, assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage job postings, interviews, and offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build our employer brand.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and incorporate them into our recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment, with a focus on SEO.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) or similar certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with the San Francisco job market and competitive salaries.
