Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve our job board's search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization for job listings and career pages.
- Collaborate with the tech team to implement SEO best practices on our website.
- Source, screen, and interview top tech talent using various recruitment channels and tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry experts.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize our hiring process for better results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and technical recruiting.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recruitment progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO and technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Boolean logic and various recruitment tools.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certified SEO Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
