Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve our online presence and attract top candidates.
- Leverage your recruitment expertise to source, screen, and hire top tech talent.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize our hiring process for efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO and recruitment.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and SEO performance to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior recruiters and share your knowledge to help them grow.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in SEO with at least 5 years of experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Excellent sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment channels and tools.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
