Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve our online presence.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Manage and grow our technical recruitment team.
- Source and engage top tech talent globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our content is SEO-friendly.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and tools.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO (5+ years) and technical recruitment (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and algorithms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
