Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve our job listings' visibility.
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed recruitment decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tech talent and industry leaders.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical roles.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling job ads and employer branding content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and recruitment best practices.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recruitment metrics.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO and technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Boolean logic and sourcing strategies.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
