Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve our website's organic traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building campaigns.
- Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Screen and evaluate candidates, focusing on their technical skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our employer brand and recruitment processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO and technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques, with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with programming languages and technical roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications from Google SEO Starter Guide, SEMrush, or Ahrefs are a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
