Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for clients and internal projects.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists and provide mentorship.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Travel to client meetings and industry events as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in SEO, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Availability to work during LAX business hours.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
