Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO into broader marketing strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building campaigns.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Work remotely with a flexible schedule (LAX time zone preferred).
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of on-page optimization, link building, and content strategy.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
