Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align SEO efforts with business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to non-SEO team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications from Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO is desirable.
