Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategy to improve organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO team members.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Work closely with the leadership team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and strategies.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
