Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to overall marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the leadership team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and HTML/CSS.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
