Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove obstacles for development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Foster self-organizing teams and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and improve team velocity and sprint planning.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to align dependencies and ensure project success.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members and other Scrum Masters.
- Stay up-to-date with Agile best practices and industry trends.
- Participate in organizational-level process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Proven track record of successful Agile transformations.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with remote teams is a plus.
