Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to our SaaS products.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to improve our products and processes.
- Create and maintain documentation to assist customers and internal teams.
- Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to our customer success and satisfaction initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SaaS support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SaaS technical support or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
