Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic buying plans for our e-commerce channels.
- Analyze sales trends and customer data to inform buying decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure best pricing and terms.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities.
- Manage and mentor junior buyers.
- Travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and market visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in retail buying, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and other relevant software.
- Experience with data-driven decision making.
- Strong fashion industry knowledge and trend awareness.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
