Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in purchasing, strategic sourcing, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and spend analysis tools.
- Familiarity with sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
