Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (10+ years) in strategic purchasing or procurement roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Working knowledge of sustainability practices and green procurement.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically.
