Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Monitor project progress, perform variance analysis, and report on project status.
- Implement and improve project controls processes and tools.
- Provide project controls training and mentoring to team members.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and estimates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project controls, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Proven expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
