Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in online course development.
- Strong proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent understanding of learning management systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility guidelines.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Portfolio of previous course development work.
