Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to maximize savings and quality.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet operational needs.
- Analyze spend data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Travel domestically as needed (up to 20%).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in MRO procurement or related role.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPIM or APICS certification preferred.
