Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience (7+ years) in tech operations management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with ITIL and/or COBIT frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
