Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in job placement or related role.
- Proven track record of successful job placement.
- Strong knowledge of local job market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
