Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain USPS career login system and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Conduct system analysis, design, and testing.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in IT, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong background in Java, Spring Framework, and SQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
