Responsibilities
- Lead HRIS strategy and roadmap development.
- Manage HRIS implementations and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide HRIS solutions.
- Perform HRIS data analysis and reporting.
- Provide HRIS training and support to users.
- Stay current with HRIS industry trends and best practices.
- Manage HRIS vendor relationships.
- Supervise junior HRIS analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR).
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with HR analytics tools.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Certification in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday Certified Associate) is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR tech ecosystem and integration capabilities.
