Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global logistics strategies.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing logistics team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international carriers and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
- Manage logistics budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Travel internationally as needed (up to 20%).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in global logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics software.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and practices.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
