Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of global logistics experience.
- Proven track record in managing international teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and logistics software.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
