Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in powertrain development for Ford's EV lineup.
- Design, analyze, and validate EV powertrain components and systems.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to integrate powertrain systems.
- Conduct powertrain performance and efficiency testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging EV technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in EV powertrain development.
- Proven track record in leading powertrain projects.
- Strong proficiency in powertrain design tools (e.g., GT-SUITE, AVL Cruise, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
