Responsibilities

- Design and implement data models, pipelines, and dashboards to monitor key business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to our data culture.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluency in English.
