Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and store data.
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to visualize key metrics.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support business decisions.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to our data culture.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
