- Craft persuasive, tailored summaries that emphasize candidates' unique selling points.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure CV overviews meet their expectations.
- Manage a high volume of CVs, working to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practice guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CV writing, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and interpretative skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Degree-level education in a relevant discipline.
