Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails regarding technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Document and track customer issues using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and products.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a tech-related field.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English; bilingualism is a plus.
