Qualifications

- Proven experience (7+ years) in policy development and implementation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong understanding of Amsterdam's political landscape and urban challenges.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
